Contributions of women at the intersection of agricultural economics and environmental and natural resource economics

چکیده

This paper discusses contributions that women at the intersection of agricultural economics and environmental resource have made over past several decades to their profession, through both research leadership. We highlight in following areas: land use conservation, non-market valuation, policy design, climate energy economics. Key examples leadership within Agricultural Applied Economics Association Environmental Resource Economists are also discussed. conclude with some brief personal reflections regarding our experience working this interface.
